Refunds or replacements are applicable only in the following cases:

* Wrong product delivered
Reporting an Issue
Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@aleezadesignstudio.store.
An unaltered video of the complete unboxing process is mandatory for verification.
Claims without proper video evidence may not be accepted
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method
within 7–10 working days. Shipping charges are non-refundable
